PointBlank Ventures is an investment management and strategic advisory firm that acquires high-quality, neighborhood-centric real estate across the Sunbelt, directly and through select Co-GP partnerships. We partner with forward-thinking operators and investors to deliver environments people are excited to work in and proud to call home.
Founded in 2023 and based in Charlotte, we draw on two decades of trust built with capital sources across the globe to advise institutional investment managers, sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms and family offices on opportunities that meet their objectives in the markets we know best.
We believe the best risk-adjusted returns of this cycle sit at the neighborhood level, where human interaction is highest.

A guide for family offices and private investors who want access to the right Sunbelt real estate: sourcing, underwriting, structuring and partnering on deals they could not reach or evaluate alone. We also advise institutional owners on complex recapitalizations of large master-planned, mixed-use developments.

OUR
STORY
The firm takes its name from Operation PointBlank, the Allied air campaign of 1943 and 1944, and the legacy of those who fought and served in WWII. Courage, sacrifice and honor, translated to our investment committee: say what you mean, aim at what matters, and embrace the uncomfortable. Point blank is also how we do business: blunt transparency, trust and respect.
